The short version: these Terms cover your use of citegyxz.shop and any purchase from Citegyxz. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Refund Policies; Kentucky law applies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of citegyxz.shop and any purchase you make from it (together, the "Services"), operated by BAGGETT EVERHAVEN RETAIL LLC, 3213 Summit Square Pl, Lexington, KY 40509, United States. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
By using the Services you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We work to represent every product accurately, including materials, colors, and the size range on each product page. Colors may display slightly differently depending on your screen, and natural fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece — this is normal and not a defect. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, where we suspect fraud or where a listing contained an error. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is processed. If we cancel or cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use, not commercial resale.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, shown at checkout before you pay. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs, destinations, and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier, except that we will replace or refund orders that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are incorrect.

Citegyxz is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with BAGGETT EVERHAVEN RETAIL LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BAGGETT EVERHAVEN RETAIL LLC, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.
8. Reviews and feedback
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Services. You confirm your submissions are your own, are truthful, disclose any incentive received, and do not violate any third party’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.

14. Severability; waiver; entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and BAGGETT EVERHAVEN RETAIL LLC regarding the Services.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and BAGGETT EVERHAVEN RETAIL LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
